HAPPY HOLI

The Nepali sky is changing - the Feb. winds are coming in and winter begins to bow out. Holi is the festival that carries the country into the bright days of summer. A feeling of plenty is in the air with the crops cut, and the farmer enjoying a bountiful of harvest. 'Holi' falls on the full moon, in the month of Phalgun, which spans the end of February and the beginning of March on the Gregorian calendar. A time when spring is in the air.

This year(2010) Holi falls on 28 Feburary 2010.

दुव्र्यसनबाट मुक्त हुन खोजेका ब्यक्तीहरुको बयान

सन्दर्भ : औषध ओसारप्रसार बिरुद्धको दिवस १ समय एउटा यस्तो चिज हो, जो जव मानव एउटा चेतनशील र विवेकशिल प्राणीको रुपमा विकसित भई सवै कुराको लेखो राख्न  सक्ने अवसरमा आयो, त्यति नै बेलादेखि वा आफू जान्ने हुनु भन्दा अगाडी लामो अन्तराल सम्मको बेला वा काललाई कल्पना गरि गण्ना गर्न थाल्यो । यसलाई भूत, वर्तमान र भविष्यत गरि तीन भागमा विभक्त गरिएको छ । मानिसले परिकल्पना  गरेको भूत कालको र वर्तमानको लेखा  राखिएता पनि भविष्यत कालको कुनै निश्चितता र अन्त छैन । मानिस लगायत सम्पूर्ण चराचर जगत र विश्व ब्रमाण्ड समयकै गतिमा चलिरहेको छ । विगतको परिकल्पना गरिए पनि समायको शुरु र अन्त्य छैन भन्दा अत्युक्ति नहोला ।
